Our terms and conditions are designed to keep both ourselves and our customers safe. Every booking made with The Bake Bar will be subject to the our terms and conditions as laid out below. It might be boring but it's important!
Payment terms and refunds for events

We will hold dates for any event for 2 weeks after the invoice is issued until a 10% non-refundable deposit is paid. After that time, if no payment is made the event date will be released back into the diary for others to book.
A further 50% of payment must be made on or before 12 weeks before the event. In the case of a cancellation less than 12 weeks before the event the 50% payment will be classed as a cancellation fee and will be non-refundable.
The remaining 40% of payment must be made on or before 48 before the event. In the case of a cancellation within the 12 week timeframe up until 48 hours before any part of this particular payment made in advance will be refunded.
Any changes in guest numbers can be made up until 48 hours before the event and the final payment can be adjusted to reflect this.
Refunds can only be made back to the bank account or card that the payment was originally made from.

Monthly payment plans can be created if required provided the timescales above are met. Separate documentation must be signed by both parties to finalise the payment agreement otherwise the customer agrees to the 3 point payment as desrcribed.

For avoidance of doubt the below table sets out the payment terms

Pricing
All prices advertised are subject to change. Prices for an event will be guaranteed once the deposit has been paid.

Prices include VAT.
Prices include recyclable or biodegradable cups and packaging. If glassware or crockery is required glass hire is available for an extra fee and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Prices for events include a tasting of 6 flavours. Any additional flavours required for event tasting or tastings for one off commissions will be charged at £3 per flavour requested.
One Off Commissions
Packages that equate to less than £250 or bespoke bakes will be classed as a one off commission.
Payment will be made up front to secure the booking. Refund will be available up to 1 week before before collection or delivery.
Collection from LS27 the day before or delivery on the day is available and charged at £1 per mile from LS27.
Gift Vouchers and Loyalty
Gift vouchers from The Bake Bar cannot be exchanged for cash.
Valid for up to 18 months after the issue date.
The Bake Bar is not liable for any lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Your loyalty will be rewarded... Any customer that spends over £500 on one order will receive a 10% off voucher for use on your next order.
